This Privacy Policy explains how Quanqiu VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') collects, uses, and protects personal information when you download, install, or use the mobile application (referred to as the 'App'). This policy applies to the apps, accounts, and related network services provided by Quanqiu VPN.

When you download and launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version, in-app paths, crash logs, and session duration. To recommend suitable routes and improve connection quality, we may process approximate device location data. This data is used for: 1. route recommendations based on Quanqiu VPN's node distribution; 2. performance maintenance through anonymized aggregate diagnostics; and 3. service notices sent through your registered email or account channel.

We only process anonymized or aggregated data with necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase crash analysis, for troubleshooting and feature improvement. Except where required by legal process, regulatory obligations, platform security needs, or confidential service-provider arrangements, we do not sell or disclose personal information to third parties. You may stop new data generation by uninstalling the App through the standard process on your device.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To cancel your account or delete personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as practical. Guardians may also contact us through the same email. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and appropriate physical and electronic safeguards to protect data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated because of legal requirements, product changes, or service workflow adjustments. Please review this page periodically. Continued use after updates are posted means you accept the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
